Merson Properties is a property management firm that offers property brokerage and management services for residential and commercial properties.

Our brokerage services cover sale and rental of residential and commercial properties, while our property management services cover the procurement and management of tenants (including the negotiation of rent rates), management and resolution of complaints, management of tenant move-outs, planning and execution of preventive maintenance and repairs, where necessary.
