• MIL is directed by a new Board, chaired by Mr. Yaw Nsarkoh
• MIL invests in land banks for real estate projects and commences its first project
2008
Kwame Aryeh joins MIL from Bank of America (New York) as an Executive Director.
2009
The roll out of the Tablets Pharmacy chain begins. This departs from the owner-managed, small scale pharmacy model. Tablets is intended to be well-laid out and conveniently located pharmacy and grocery chain that tailors it's service to the specific needs of the customer.
2010
• Harvey Properties Ltd (HPL) completes its Oasis Court real estate project at East Legon, an upmarket suburb of Accra, Ghana.
• MIL advises Geodrill on its IPO listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. This is the biggest listing of an African-based mining services firm in the year.
2012
• MIL acquires a majority interest in Greycrest Construction Ltd, a civil engineering and project management firm.
• HPL commences its "The Palms" project, a town house development at Tesano in Accra
2013
• Merson Capital is incorporated as a holding company for the group. MIL and all other entities in the group become subsidiaries of Merson.
• Quick Health Clinic, a subsidiary of Merson, opens its first clinic at Dome, Accra. Quick Health offers general consulting, minor emergencies and laboratory testing to its patients.
2014
• HPL commences its "Harvey Terraces" Project. It is its largest townhouse development to date at North Legon, Accra.
• Merson exited Quick Health Clinic
2015
• Merson Capital exits Tablets Pharmacy.
2016
• Merson successfully raised an aggregate of US$98.9m for its Energy sector clients.
• MCL is directed by a new Board, chaired by Mr. Randall Obeng-Sakyi
2017
• HPL commences its "Junction House" Project. It is a mixed-use development at Nmai Dzorn, Accra.
